Sheffield's No. 1 Track Inspector's Car shown at the right, was the first product the Sheffield Velocipede Car Company of Three Rivers Michigan produced beginning about 1880. A full size prototype resides in the Union Station Railroad Museum in Ogden, Utah.
Two outrigger drawing sheets are provided in this package so either a narrow gauge or a standard gauge outrigger can be built.
